Mindful Living

Mindfulness is an inner-engineering of life that is agnostic of the external environmental dynamics. 

Being in a mindful state, even momentarily, sets the environment for a greater sense of well-being. Mindful Living at Niraamaya allows our guests to not only feel rested and rejuvenated, but transformed internally. Guests are also supported with valuable tools, advice and guidance to help them make positive lasting life adjustments.

Mindfulness Coaching programs at Niraamaya include Mindful Living sessions aimed to de-stress, re-align and increase self-awareness while the Personality Analysis is designed to understand the participant’s true essence, emotional patterns, and to offer tips towards achieving a balanced life.

  • A 1.5-hour session led by our Mindfulness Coach, aimed to de-stress, re-align and increase self-awareness.

PERSONALITY ANALYSIS – ENNEAGRAM

  •  A 1.5-hour session to discover your Enneagram Type aimed to understand your True Essence, emotional patterns, and offer tips towards achieving a balanced life.

NIRAAMAYA SPRINGS

  • A refreshingly transforming Inner Engineering Mindfulness Package offering a 1.5-hour Mindful Living Session, a 1-hour Reiki session and a 1-hour Yoga Nidra,

Reiki

Reiki (pronounced RAY-KEY) is an ancient Japanese healing technique that uses universal life energy to re-balance and heal the body. Reiki is a safe, non-intrusive hands-on healing that is suitable for everyone, be it adults, elderly, young children and even plants or pets. It is a simple way of accessing healing energy and using it to relax while assisting in healing and correcting imbalances. According to reiki, it is the energy that heals and not the practitioner.

Reiki helps bring about inner peace and self-awareness and enhances immunity and facilitates deep relaxation, restful sleep and stress reduction.
