At Niraamaya Retreats we make the science of Yoga available in the purest form. Irrespective of whether you are a beginner or an advanced yoga practitioner our retreats offer group Yoga classes as well as private sessions conducted by experienced instructors. A daily morning group class is included in the stay for all our guests.
For those who wish to explore different aspects of Yoga, there are sessions teaching Pranayama (regulating breathing), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation of mind) and Dhyana (guided meditation practices).
