1. Position: General Manager

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Hotel Operations
  • Managing the Guest Experience 
  • Business Strategy Development & Execution
  • Works with Revenue Management team to develop effective pricing strategies, balancing seasonality, economy, customer segments, property objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Introduces New Market trends and using diverse In-house sales strategies
  • Serves as a passionate brand advocate and verifies that the brand attributes and intent shine through in the guest experience
  • Hotel Pre-opening experience desired
  • Must be able to manage Owner Relations
  • Builds strong rapport with property owners through proactive and on-going communication
  • Updating owners with new business initiatives and Guest Experiences
  • Provides owners with in-depth analysis of property performance, incorporating Guest, financial and forecast business data

 

2.Position: Front Office Manager

Niraamaya Retreats is seeking young and dedicated Front Office Manager to supervise the Front Office Teams at properties across India. A truly passionate leader who can focus on continuous improvements, increasing guest satisfaction, maximizing profitability and increasing guest satisfaction. 

What are we looking for?

  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Experience in managing people and developing people
  • Ability to  maintain complete knowledge of hotel and its guidelines
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Ability to oversee the entire Front Office operations
  • Ensure that the FO department operates with a sales attitude and promotes brand loyalty
  • Must be familiar with Property Management Systems
