Lalitha Damodaran, an engineer by qualification took to Nutrition, Yoga and Sports training for her own needs 16 years back to enhance her fitness journey by reducing weight, getting fitter by focussing on eating the right foods and to enable her foray into running and to resolve her PCOD & Thyroid issues. She successfully lost all her excess weight, ran several 10k’s and half marathons, got rid of her PCOD and thus began her interest in Nutrition and Yoga. She went on to study nutrition in detail and has devoted the past 10 + years to delve deep into nutrition research, best food practices, ideal fitness modules, yogic practices, sports anatomy, physiology, nutrition for recovery, sports injuries & prevention.

She approaches weight loss and diet plans with a very simple and easy approach. She does not subscribe to any fancy diets, does not believe in starving her clients and believes that one must look at food with happiness and not with guilt.

She helps her clients understand how to adopt a healthy sustainable & holistic lifestyle that one can practice anywhere without depriving oneself of their favourite foods.

She approaches all her clients with a lot of compassion and positivity without any judgement as she understands the pain points of getting to a fitter self since she has travelled that journey herself.

Her yoga classes focus completely on practicing with the right alignment, form and are tailored to suit every individual as per their body's needs. Her classes are peppered with a lot of humor and fun but keeping the authenticity of the practice always in mind. She has learned yoga and advanced yoga modules under genuine certified authentic yoga schools following the lineage of Bihar School of yoga, Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Research Centre by Pattabhi Jois and also holds a Specialist training in Functional Anatomy and Physiology from Yoga Campus, London with the very famous Jim Harrington.

She firmly believes in keeping things simple yet effective, and it is her firm conviction that if we stick to our roots, genetic disposition and eat what is compatible with our bodies and lead a simple life, most of our problems are solved
