Lalitha Damodaran is an RYS 200 hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher, 100 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa and Specialist in Yoga for Sports People with focus on Anatomy & physiology. Working as Head of Operations & Business Development by profession and an Engineer by qualification, she has always been inclined towards the fine arts. Her classes are peppered with humor, laughter & fun. She also host shows and anchor programmes for dance shows, music shows etc, during her free time. She loves adventure sports and has done Skydiving, 100 km walks and other high adrenaline activity. Her goal is to master the Eka pada raja kapotasana & Hanuman asana.
